Nerf Stampede: Nerf's Best Toy Gun Yet!

The Nerf Stampede is the latest installment in Nerf's latest product line that was released in 2008. It is a fully automatic gun that can fire several foam darts per second. It's also a lot more practical and easy to use than its predecessor, the Vulcan!

The Nerf Stampede is the first Nerf gun to feature a clip system that's fully automatic! 3 specially designed extended clips and 1 clip for quick reload will be included in the box! The extended clips can hold up to18 darts each! The package contains a total 60 foam Nerf darts!

The Nerf Stampede comes with some accessories that will give you an edge over your enemies! It features a detachable shield which can be attached anywhere on your gun's tactical rail. The shield features a visor to avoid limiting your visibility while still protecting you from enemy fire! It is a bit flimsy however but will provide you with more than adequate protection from Nerf darts! It also comes with a pop-out bipod that can be attached to its bottom! When deployed, it will steady the gun and improve your aim!

The Nerf Stampede needs 6 'D' batteries to work and because of that, it weighs around 5.5 lbs which can be a bit heavy for smaller kids. Your children will no doubt enjoy endless hours of fun in your garden or back yard playing with this toy gun!

Like all Nerf products, the Stampede is perfectly safe and getting hit with one of its darts, doesn't hurt at all! It has a range of up to 50 ft, if it's on the correct angle and the wind is favorable! If fired while pointing pointed horizontally the dart can travel as far as 30ft If you point it at a 90 degree angle, it can shoot a dart up to 40 ft! Finally, unlike previous models like the Vulcan the Nerf Stampede will never jam!

There are a few drawbacks to it though. First of all, you will need a lot of batteries to keep it working since it does nothing without them! Also, foam darts can get lost very easily, but replacement darts are available. Finally, the Nerf Stampede can be a bit on the expensive side compared to other toy guns on the market and even other Nerf guns!
